   Hi Mindie,

   I would like to trade the indicies but cannot understand how to get into the trade when the price action is moving so fast. Can you please give me some tips on how I might be able to do this? I use TradeStation. I am not the most technically savvy individual. I am down on my account and am trying to rebuild it without the big risks in the bonds. I will greatly welcome any help or advice that you can offer to me. If I can crack this, there are so many markets that I will be able to trade that move in a similay manner. Thank you as always for all your helpful videos.
