Hi Mindie. Today was extremally balanced following yesterday’s major move. It can be difficult to trade because yesterday’s moves can heavily influence your thought process. One of my favorite tools is Market Profile to help gauge if a day is leaning toward a balance. Being able to transition smoothly from balance to imbalance takes time, and can help you become more patient with the market. I like to always try new tools and see how they can enhance my experience.
