Reading, to me, is one of the joys of living a lucrative life. In this episode, I talk about books I read in August and tools I use to enhance my reading.
Books I mention:
The Nature of the Beast by Louise Penny (Inspector Gamache #11) ⭐️⭐️⭐️
A Great Reckoning by Louise Penny (Inspector Gamache #12) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Spiritual Economics: The Principles and Process of True Prosperity by Eric Butterworth ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The Dutch House by Ann Patchett ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Here are links to the apps I mention:
What are you reading?

I am reading:
The War of Art —- Steven Pressfield. Meant for More ———- Lisa Sasevich The Holographic Universe ——-Michael Talbot
Nice! Can’t wait to discuss WOA in the TLS bookclub. ????
Hey Mindie, haven’t carved out as much time to read lately as I’d like, but I recently started reading this book, Tantra: The Supreme Understanding, by the Indian mystic Osho, I’m really enjoying it so far.
Osho is an interesting cat for sure. Did you watch Wild Wild Country?
No, but dang that looks interesting!
Great podcast, Mindie. The 3 that I’m juggling right now are Emotional Freedom by Judith Orloff, The Magic of the Mind by Lousie Berlay ( based on the teachings of Neville Goddard ), and Pop Magick by Alex Kazemi.
One book that I can almost universally recommend to anyone on Earth — like a really really good one as you said – is The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer.
Thanks Steve! I’m such a weirdo… EVERYONE loved Untethered Soul, except for me. 🙂 I did like his other book, The Surrender Experiment, though. I haven’t read that Berlay book, but I do love Neville!
Lol thats so weird . Liked Surrender as well.
Enjoyed the podcast, book and app shares! I am currently reading The War of Art, Steven Pressfield and The One Thing, Gary Keller. One book that changed my life and my perception with regards to my own reality and that of others was The Four Agreements, Don Miguel Ruiz
Thanks Jeanne! Totally agree on The 4 Agreements. I think all people should read that. Let me know what you think of The One Thing. I like the concept, but thought the book itself was just OK.

The Untethered Soul, by Michael Singer..
Hi Kim, as I mentioned to Steve above, I’m a weirdo. I didn’t care for The Untethered Soul. Lol… everyone else I’ve ever talked to about it loved it. ????????♀️
Reading: The enlightened Gardner & The Enlightened Gardner Revisited by Sydney Banks
Awesome, Margaret. Thanks!
