- Book your first session
I usually coach Sundays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. If you’re unable to find a day and time when you’ll be able to spend an undisturbed hour in a quiet location for our Zoom meeting, please let me know, and we’ll figure out a time that works for both of us. - Install the Telegram app on your phone and/or computer
